LES LALANNES & TOM FORD
As we take town our Miquel Barcelo show in the gallery, I’m getting very excited about our upcoming Claude et Francois-Xavier Lalanne exhibition. Opening September 26 in Hong Kong!
This is a desk by Claude Lalanne in Tom Ford’s Madison Avenue store in NYC, in front of another artist we represent, Lucio Fontana.

The Home of Nabil Nahas

Our Gallery, Ben Brown Fine Arts is opening an exhibition of works by Lebanese Artist, Nabil Nahas on October 11 in London. However, this morning in Hong Kong our wonderful photographer, Steve Wong of one-twenty-three photography is arriving to shoot one of Nabil’s works to be included in the catalogue. I thought what a perfect opportunity to include photos taken from my favourite magazine, Elle Decor, which featured his home in their April 2011 issue.

I’m emotionally torn between minimalism, orientalism, and antiques. His home is just a beautiful melange of 1940s furniture, Indian inlay, and of course - great art.

Meet the wonderful Ye Linghan!

Linghan is one of the most talented artists working in China right now, and I can hardly wait to see him in his studio tomorrow.

I first met Linghan working on a group Chinese photography show at Ben Brown Fine Arts, London.

Ye Linghan is an engaging, talented budding young Chinese artist working across various artistic mediums. In 2011, Ye participated in no less than 25 exhibitions.

Cocktail reception on May 25th at Ben Brown Fine Arts

Less than 24 hours to go until Ye Linghan’s floating spring opens in Hong Kong….
